Self-Drive Conditions of Hire

In addition to our standard terms and conditions the following additional terms apply:

1. Day hire runs from 10:00 - 18:00
2. Prices include fuel, VAT and lock tolls
3. Hirers are responsible for any loss or damage
4. Payment for the period of hire must be made before the commencement of hire
5. We do not accept bookings for periods of less than one day for the self-drive launches, except for the 6 seater electric launches which can be reserved for a 3 hour or longer hire.
6. We accept bookings for whole days, but we reserve the right to re-let craft not collected by 12:00
7. These prices do not include Henley Royal Regatta days. Prices on application
8. Hire bookings are accepted by telephone only
9. Self-drive hires are subject to river conditions
